Not possible, your BIOS won't support Android. You could however run 'Bluestacks' which creates it's own runtime environment and set it to run at startup.

Laptop architectures are different from phone architectures, so this won't work. Your best bet is to use an emulator to emulate 8 or 16 bit architecture.
