use hair spray and tones of it. you will see the stain start to turn to liquid then just wash the item

Pour neat bleach over it Then use a magic eraser and rub it away I do this all the time after my daughter leaves stains

Peroxide is your best bet. Or you can try using a cleanser like Soft Scrub that has chlorine bleach in it, leaving the cleaner on the stain for a few minutes & then scrubbing.

You can usually remove the dye with Clorox toilet bowl cleaner with bleach. (See picture below.) Clorox toilet bowl cleaner has a jelly consistency that works better than plain Clorox. Just apply the toilet bowl cleaner to the hair dye stain and let it sit for several hours. Then rinse your sink. You won't need to scrub or anything harsh that could scratch your sink. Just rinse and wipe with paper towels. This stuff worked for me...it removed permanent black hair dye on a white sink. There was no trace of the stain whatsoever.
