What you need is pre workout supplement it will help you a lot. I haven't taken it yet and I will start soon but I got some of my friend who has taken it it. Go to the gym and ignore your lazy feelings, oh also before you go shout at yourself in the Mirror and tell yourself that you're nothing, that you're a worthless waste of flesh and that you'll never achieve anything. So when you get to the gym you can prove yourself wrong.
