Honestly, you'd probably waste less money and time just selling your current car and getting a faster second hand car on finance from a garage.

1. Drive downhill more and enjoy the very good vehicle that you already have. 2. Throw ridiculous amounts of money at it and be prepared to NEVER get all that money back out of it. 3. Grow up.

There are a TON of aftermarket parts for the Honda Civic. It is easy to get over 200hp with just boltons. It is always fun to see how much you can do to the 4 cylinder engines. There is an article about some different things you can do give your car some more ponies in less than an hour at the resource link below. Have fun with it!

This engine isn't the best engine to modify because it is meant for gas mileage. There is a supercharger kit available that adds over 100 hp big that might be pricey. You could sell your car and get a civic si which has a 197 hp engine and is very fun to drive.

There are an infinite number of ways to improve performance in a car. Air filters, super/turbo chargers, a new engine all together, better exhaust system, better exhaust headers.. all kinds of things really. Just check out some cool things you can do on the internet. Its a great pastime, but be careful what you try, mistakes in that game can be VERY expensive to fix.
