You stated that you eat sweets? That's going to be the culprit in your weight gains. Incorporate fruit into your diet such as Bananas etc. as they make you feel full. Don't eat sweets. I hate them and I'm a Rugby Player, Discus Thrower, Martial Artist and Cross-Country Runner at 14.
