That's crazy, maybe you could lose it in a month but in 15 days?!? Try eating helthy and exercise and I'm sure you'll lose a lot of weight in just a couple of months. My height is 176cm and my weight is 62kg I used to be 74kg, started with my diet and lost 12kg in just over 3 moths.

start running 3-4 days a week for 30-40 mins
and do 10 mins of ab training
cut to you carbs to have of where they are ow
an eat more proteins,
drink 2-3 cups of green tea daily
visit utube for some other home workouts

Easy. Put down the 5kg weight. Or, you can be a bit more realistic and try and lose 1kg in 15 days. You know what. I'm going to do just that. I'll come back and brag about how successful I am. I am Mr. KnowItAll after all.
