workout 4-6 times a week: include cardio more than weights eat really healthy: no soda or sugar, LOTS of veggies, fruit is good but more veggies, lean protein is better like lean turkey or fish rather than beef

restrict your calorie intake to about 500-900 calories a day. exercise for 30 minutes 4-6 times a week. Purge if you eat bad food.
