If you are asking on how to have good turnout: I would suggest buying a Thera Band, which is a stretchy, long, rubber band and do some exercises with those. One good exercise is to lie on the floor and bend your legs in the air. Wrap your Thera band around your leg from the back of your leg and hold on to it. Now, your legs are going to try to push out to turnout while you hand are pushing the legs to turn-in so that you have resistance. Do this many times then do this with straight legs. I'm sorry if I didn't answer your question correctly, I didn't quite get what your question was because you didn't add enough informantion.
