Instead, a few far more simple techniques can help your face look younger without demanding so much of your money 1)Avoid Smoking: If you are used to smoking and if you love your skin and your body or if you want to live longer, then it's time that you stop. It is just your will power that is needed for this. You can also opt for chewing gums when you feel like you want to smoke. 2)Stay away from sun: Even the winter sun that makes you feel warm has the harsh ultraviolet rays to make your skin sagging and wrinkled. Do not go out without a proper sun screen lotion. 3)Antioxidants: Antioxidants are those molecules that control and prevent free-radicals. Free-radicals is the top reason for skin damage. You can prevent this by consuming more antioxidant. There are face creams that say that they contain antioxidants. When you are eating, have more fruits or vegetables deep in color since it says the deeper the color, the greater the content of antioxidants in them. This may include blueberries, raspberries and vegetables like broccoli, spinach etc. 4)Keep your face clean: Wash your face every day, in the morning immediately after you wake-up and at night before you go to sleep with cold water.
