Almost impossible, unless you can regenerate skin like a starfish can regenerate arms.

They probably will not look super far up your arm and if I'm not mistakem they just need a good vain to put the iv in I doubt this will happen but they sometimes put the iv on the top of your hand and there is also a chance they will use your other arm and of they do see I dont think they would make a seen about it. PS: find better spots to cut like your hips a good spot but not where it will show if you were a bikini

What exactly happens depend on the center you go to. But typically speaking, you'll be asked to remove all metals, and you may or may not be asked to change to a gown. Depending on what you did, it may or may not cover the area. You'll be seeing a technician, not a nurse or a doctor. They typically aren't too concerned about anything other than what they have to do with you. So you may not even have any issues. By the way, please watch your language. No need to swear.
