Alright. First of all you need 2 things. 1. Diet- you have to eat lots of LEAN(as in non fattening) foods. Some of these foods must have decent protein(ex. Fish, chicken, skim milk/1% milk) Make sure your getting a bunch of CARBS(energy for body) right before a workout. Invest in a walmart protein powder and no you don't need the expensive ones. This is important. CUT OUT ALL JUNK FOOD. Yes this includes soda. The only things you should be drinking are milk(skim or low fat), juice, and plenty of water. Don't eat chips and cakes and all that BS. You could use those calories to get in more fish or chicken to help you grow. Have one cheat day( eat whatever you want) once every 10 days. ONLY ONCE EVERY 10. 2. Lifting- you're going to need weights for sure so if you have gym membership that's good. Train one muscle a day, like chest one day, back another day, and so on. Make sure AND MAKE SURE your working out 5x a week and if u want 6x a week. Consistency is key. YouTube POG.
