That EXACTLY how I am! If you are, I guess I am too... I think we are border line anorexics; one little change and we would be in that category. But what do I know? Let's see what the others say

first and foremost are you in the peak of your condition to start working out considering you underwent surgery ? if yes then start with some simple cardio like power walking , jogging, dancing , kickboxing, swimming , etc you get it. do this atleast 4 to 5 times a week followed with fat losing exercises like situps , crunches and reverse crunches to lose lower abdominal fat at least 3 to 4 times a week . going to the gym will make you waste time so doing house workouts like the above can help you save money and time. to explain see this , 20 minutes of cardio , plus almost about 10 to 20 minutes of fat losing exrcise , is min 40 minutes spent . 40 min the same amount of time to drive all the way to the gym. so think about it . and makesure your diet is perfect take more fibre and protein than carbs like rice . good luck for more information go to youtube and check out some vidoes there. happy new year
