Do sit-ups every night. not just regular ones mix it up do Jack knife crunches etc look it up on google

Do sit ups, planks, squats, windmills, Russian twists, starfish crunches, mountain climbers. ( By the way eating eggs too much can higher your cholesterol so be careful on that)

it is good , eat well more crunches my 15 year old son was doing planking, jumping and his abs are great
