Hey many people believe spot reduction is impossible but its not. try a non surgical treatment such as CACI Body Toning or Micro current. Faradic is good but its a lower pulse of treatment. yes there not mega cheap BUT it works. And it is only used on the areas you want it on. i went from size 16 to size 12 in just 3 sessions its advised to have 10-15 per area you need to drink lots of water before and after the treatment and excersize like bit of skipping 30mins everyday. but i advise it.

Swim for an hour straight for three days then jog for an hour the next. alternate between the two the moment you feel your getting the hang of it. Drink plenty of water, especially during meals. Eat alot of protein. Do the following exercises in the links to tone and rip the abs, but do not neglect your cardio workouts or else you will only have a layer of muscle on top of that big bulk of fat. through self motatvation and strict excercise you can d it just dont stop cuzz thats when you lose decdication the most
