Bro, you're doing good. Cycling 48 km a day? That's a lot. If you're not satisfied with the activity you're doin right now. Add some more cardio exercise like running/jogging. Also, caloric deficit has a major factor on your diet whether you want to lose weight. But remember, eat clean and say no to junk foods =D

I would try interval training, cardio. Sprint for 30 secs, jog for 1 min and then walk for 30 secs. You should use the ratio 1:2:1, that way when you get fitter and the 30:60:30 doesn't work you can make it up yourself. Plus only walk once because you won't get the full effect. You could also try just long distance running but you will have to work harder and longer to get the same results. You could also do some sit-ups, I know you said without muscle but if you do them you gain muscle and your metabolism. Metabolism is what digests our foods and uses it for energy and warmth.

Since you're already biking, I'd suggest that you eat less to lose fat. Try looking for a weight loss calorie calculator online. I understand that you would like to maintain your current muscle so you will have to do something to stimulate your muscles (maybe bodyweight exercises) and consume enough protein, else you'll be a bag of bones ie. the saying "use it or lose it." I hope that this helps.
