Practice makes perfect. Try talking to a cashier next time you're shopping. Or small talking with the waitress next time you're out to eat. You need to repeatedly step out of your comfort zone.

Get plenty of fresh air by being in nature regularly Drink lots of water Go oput with friends to enjoy Enjoy life as much as possible Eat fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs and other vegan foods to feel less anxious If possible have less animal products, meat and dairy Exercise, get pets, take up a hobby, get active go cycling, walking, running, hiking, etc Remember no one is going to judge you and there's nothing to be afraid of
