Over eating is not good for health.Stay away from fried foods. Snack on Fruits and vegetables, eat cereal with skim milk when you are hungry.move more and eat less.in fact you shouldn't to be thin,you should to be fit.

Just eat healthy and watch your portions. You don't want to eat too much, remember that a lot of portions now at restaurants are way more than you actually need. Drink plenty of water and eat slowly. If you eat slowly and actually enjoy each bite, you will feel satisfied after eating much less, which will prevent you from over-eating. Exercise is really important as well! It's recommended to get at least 30 mins a day. This will help you lose weight and also control stress levels. Lastly, remember that being thin is not necessarily the definition of beauty. Women come in many different shapes and sizes and all body types can be considered beautiful. If you have the idea that being thin is the only way to be beautiful, this can cause dangerous eating habits, like anorexia and bulimia.

I would suggest you to start eating prunes they are really healthy for you and can help you if you are on a diet ,but it might turn your digestive system on alot,which leads to losing weight.Hopes this help!

You don't want to be thin, you want to be fit. Eat healthy food. Fruits, vegetables, whole grain, lean protein, lo-fat dairy. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Activity or exercise at least 30 minutes a day.

I think we should say, "I want to be healthy, where do I start?" Start by evaluating your eating habits (this means you write down what you eat, how much you eat and when; this includes drinks.) Look at what you're eating and if it's too much junk, try to eat more natural (anything that can be grown and doesn't come in a shiny package.) If you're on the heavier side; eat healthy for a month and drink plenty of water. Take frequent walks, lift weights (start slowly, at 5lbs.), stretch. After a month or so of doing that, you can start exercising more. You're not going to become thin overnight, you'll slowly see the results (most likely in your face, at first) and in your clothes. Just remember to set a goal weight, something realistic like 20lbs in two months or 3.
