Great question but depending on business venture say a convenient store no don't put LLC but landscaping,contracting,ect do put on it helps in that aspect because clients and future clients know LLC means purchasing the business license and you do your part they'll do there's good luck.not that you need it

It is more difficult to establish a corporation, and I think "Inc." carries slightly more weight than "LLC" to the average person. But it is not a very important distinction. There are some very well-known LLCs in the US. (LucasFilm LLC is the first one that comes to mind.) To me, the LLC indicates the owner exercises a certain amount of independence and control that the chief executive of a corporation might not have.
