Unfortunately there is a different minimum wage for waiters. The bussing/waiting industries is one of the toughest. My reccomendation: Quit your job (If possible) and try to get a job bagging groceries.

I think that is lower but sometimes the waitress may share their tips with you.

You will be making more than $5 an hour once you figure in your tips.

I think this is the going rate plus tips and the tips should amount to around 25-35% from total tips for a whole shift, it depends on each restaurant rules it could be more or less
