Depends on the college you want to go to, but if you want to get a nice scholarship score above a 2100, a 1650 is average and can get anyone into college. A 2100 and above will do fine as long as you're applying in for a school in your state. If you want to go out of state, get around a 2150 and above. A full ride is around that area.

If you have a 2000 or above, you are set for most universities. However, if you are striving for Cal Tech or MIT, you might need a close 2400.

Very, very few Universities in the U.S. offer full scholarships to International Students. And, you must be able to prove that you have the first two years of tuition, fees, living expenses and transportation costs in order to be approved for a U.S. Student Visa.
