Well you're missing a little information like what was the length of the run, what kind of cable was used, what was the distance, what was the voltage, what was the amperage, was it AC or DC power, what was the distance between the 2, how near the termination ends of the cable was the power, what type of device was it tested with, was there a router????? So it's nothing you can carve in stone it's a per case kind of deal.
