You do realize that this is vegan and vegetarian's forum. I don't eat meat as many here don't. Maybe place this in another health forum.

Fish IS meat. Also, I don't worry much about the recommendations. I just eat what I like when I want it. However, it just all happens to be whole, real foods.

They reckon no bigger than the palm of your hand. You could eat meat once a week if you wish. Your diet should be more non meat products, meat should never be the main food on the plate.

u should eat meat 21 times a week 3 each day breakfast lunch and dinner because if u dont u will never be able to get enough protein u have to have meat in every meal or u will become protein deficient and get weak and sickly
