just r&r? less than a day. most everything is modular, meaning its quick connect. bigger pain to mess with the steering, specifically pitman arm. dont forget the fuel lines, easy to do, they are kinda hidden. the tourque converter bolts can be a pain because you have to get the starter out(wires are the hard part) then some models have the brace/cover, and to get it out, youll need to drop the exhaust out, and the front driveshaft. those things can be a pain, the motor mounts arent fun either, but with a lift and air, less than a day

An engine swap? You are looking at a lot of labor hours....... Im gonna guess at least 12 hours minimum.
