If you don't mind Hillbilly Food I can do it for under $100. I will even throw in 10 pounds of Crow Gizzards for free.

It depends. We've decided that we would go with full dinner ( 5 course meal) comes to $35 per person and we're expecting 350 guest. $35 *350=$12,250. Of course we are having phenomenal food, so it's worth every penny.

It depends entirely on the food served. You must know so that you can break down the cost per serving and how many servings to provide or that bride wants to serve. For medium/nice buffet counting drinks (tea, lemonade/water/soda and depending on location I would say $30-$40 per person counting buying plates, cups, etc., also, food storage, food containers, paying help to help prep, set up, a server to keep buffet filled (to the point that you have agreed upon) and clean up, ***to me this is a relatively low amount, and how much beer/alcohol bride/groom want served. Much higher for alcohol. This is much harder than it looks, do not attempt if you have never catered before especially for 325 people.
