I collect and wear vintage items. That's a beautiful purse. It looks to be in fairly decent shape. From the picture, it doesn't seem to be missing any beads. If it is, you wouldn't want to have them replaced with "aftermarket" beads because that would ruin the charm of the bag. The only thing I see are the threads hanging from it, which appear to be holding the beads onto the purse. If they're left hanging, you're in danger of losing beads. Without looking at the purse, it's hard to say, but the best thing might be to weave the threads back under the beading using a large-eyed sewing needle. You'd insert the needle first (since the thread is short) then thread it and pull the thread under the beading. The resale value would depend on the condition of the bag, especially the lining.
