For nutrition you need to consume .5 to 1 gram of protein for every lb. of body weight. So, a 130 lb. person needs to consume 65 to 130 lbs. of protein EVERY day. Warm up on a bike, ellip, or treadmill for at least ten minutes before your workout Only do 4 to 6 reps per set. Do 3 to 5 sets per exercise. Do three different exercises per body part (bi's tri's, lats, shoulders, etc.) Make sure you eat right after your workout Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night Take at least two days off a week

If you are just beginning you should probably do one set of 15 reps max when you can do 15 reps increase the weight by the minimum amount possible. After 8 to 12 weeks you might want to drop down to 10 reps max. Each additional set is less beneficial than the one before it.
