Doing 200 squats is going to be more aerobic and toning than anything. If you are specifcally wanting to increase muscle size rather than just tone then you need to start doing exercises that are going to fatigue the muscle to exhaustion after around 8-12 reps. Around 70% of bulking up and bodybuilding is about nutrition and adequate rest of each muscle group as this is when they rebuild and strengthen. Doing legs 6 days a week isn't given them time to rest and repair and will do more harm than good
