why do you want to lift it? Unless there is water getting in your air box, then no need to lift for flooding. And guessing from looking at all the minivans my mom has owned (she loves them, so lots) your air box is up high enough that you will get nervous and quit before the van will. Besides, lifts change the angles of the tires on the road, and will result in less traction and will hurt more than help in deep water. Or just don't drive down flooded streets.

They make water skis that snap onto the front wheels and paddles that attach to the rear wheels

They make an after market kit that converts your Van into hover craft just for that purpose of flooding . Some car insurance companies will even pay for it .
