right-click the icon, select Run as Administrator, or Run as... and select a user with admin rights. You can do this from the start menu as well as from the shortcuts on the desktop.

It won't show on the shortcut. You have to find the folder it's installed in and use the icon from it to set the administrator privileges.

You have to make your Account on your of an administrator. I can't walk you through it exactly but go to control panel the to accounts then your on your own
