grasp the outer front corner of the seat bottom and lift up to remove the bottom. remove the bolts from the bottom outer corners of the seat back then tilt the seat back up and pull forward on the white tabs at the base of the head rest to release and remove then lift the seat back out, remove the speakers to locate the upper shock nut.
