if u want reduce weight in healthy way then do running in morning , cardio , abs exercises . drink lots of water and eat healthy .

First u need to find motivation put some posters of motivating quotes, pictures, whatever. Do some research on healthy and delicious recipes. Smoked salmon, salad, raspberries, green tea and other veggies can be amazingly good. Take a walk around the block everyday. A lot of people also can get very healthy by getting a pet, which they can walk, play with, and exercise with. Also, PLAY SPORTS it gets u out of the house and ull lose weighty in no time having fun. Get rid of all the junk food in your houses just throw it away or give it to someone then replace it with all healthy foods. That way u wont be tempted. Drink plenty of water to purify your system. Cut down your calories by 500 everyday! Do cardio exercises every morning for only 15 minutes this will decrease the size of your hips. It may seem like a lot of work but it's not! It's really fun and exercise and fruits and veggies is an anti depressant giving u even more benefits with skin, lungs, heart, and brain. (Another motivation)

If you lose 30-40 pounds, won't you be way way underweight? Maybe talk with a personal trainer about the areas you are having issues with? When we lose weight, we can't instruct our bodies to lose it in certain areas.
