Youtube works on a traffic quota, so i suggest getting traffic to one of your vids, you can do this by using traffic exchanges and other similar sites

Well, no offense, with your type of videos, and the lack of content you have, chances are your not going to get to the top 10 subscribed channels, unless suddenly baby videos become the new thing. Gaming is where its at on YouTube, and unless you have a good quality camera and editing software, (with all due respect, judging by your videos, you have regular hardware) you aren't going to get anywhere. My advice, if you get consistent views and likes, obviously people like your content, even if its very few likes or views, as long as they're consistent, there are people that enjoy your content. So if your getting that consistency of likes and views, keep uploading that content, because obviously people want to watch it. Make a weekly schedule like "Monday Madness" or something like that. And post consistent content. Your channel might not take off like you'd like it to, but your getting consistent viewers who enjoy your content, and that should mean something.
