When you download... you mean from the App Store or Copy/Transfer over movies from a computer... To copy movies, just plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer... let it auto install driver... then click on Computer... look for Kindle...click on Kindle... and browse to the folder called Movies... and copy/paste any movies you want. You can also look for the folder called Music and copy over any songs you have...
