I would say they are both bad information but there is no point in answering a question you have already decided upon the answer.

When it is deliberate. If I saw a car zoom by and an hour later I described it as blue rather then purple, that's me misspeaking because I really did think it was blue. Saying "you can keep your policy. Period" and then it really isn't period, well, that's lying.

1 - it is a lie. It is an intentional misstatement of a known fact. 2- It is not a lie. Just bad intelligence. No intent to misrepresent facts.

1 was a lie told over and over. 2 was bad intel? Maybe not as bad as liberals claim. there is lots of evidence that shows the weapons went to Syria.

A lie is when you say something you know is not true. Obama said he never met his uncle. Then it turns out he lived with his uncle for while. He lied. Obama lies more often than he tells the truth.

I suppose Obama didn't 1) Read the actual bill/law before he opened his mouth 2) have a decent appreciation for how the Insurance Industry would respond to the threat to their corporate profits. 3) or you could say Obama lied as much as Nixon did and impeach him.
