Tell her you already having someone cooking for you. You already have the cooking plan figured out, so she doesn't need to bother. :)

Just tell her you've decided to have an eating disorder themed party - no food allowed.

Plan a big entrée or a meal theme, and ask her to bring a dessert or something. Better yet, suggest a cold cut tray. That way she's helping, but not...too much.
