Just try and take a relaxing bath before going to bed, you might want to throw in a nice scented bath bomb, or whatever suits you..also, try listening to relaxing music this may help you feel less anxious and more prepared for bed :)

I have severe OCD and when im trying to get to sleep i distract myself by putting calm music on and breathing slowly.
