Date time location call Fed EX safty department. And they will pull the trip for that time in there truck and see. They will check the electronic log as well and see what time he was in that area. If true they will call the driver in and give him a safty reprimand. Happens to often and he is gone from Fed Ex. They take such very serious at trucking companies. Truck number helps or trailor number of vehicle as well. There trucks usually have the phone number on them for saty to call. So when you do call. Be aware that the speed is electronically recorded and they will check. So it is not what you say. But what the electronic recorder says in the truck they go by. Truck drivers beat many a speeding ticket with these as well. Much better than well the cop said in court to the judge. The recorder tells all. And the truth a judge will not go against the recorder.

I would contact the police non-emergency number and 1-800-GoFedEx. While a license number or truck number would be useful, it isn't strictly necessary. FedEx can determine from the time and location which vehicle was involved. The police likely won't do anything unless they actually witness the violation, but FedEx will take action if they receive multiple complaints about one driver.
