Strictly speaking, you cannot reboot the Internet as it is a world wide distributed system. All you can do is reboot your connection to the Internet. You may have a modem and separate router, or you may have a combined router with an integrated modem. Switch off your modem and router and your computer. Wait about a minute, then switch on the modem, wait a couple of minutes then switch on the router, wait another couple of minutes then boot up your computer. If you have a combined a modem/router, switch on this device, wait a couple of minutes then boot up your computer. If this does not work, call your ISP to discuss the problem. I hope this helps.

Turn of your internet Hub (Or router) And wait 30 Seconds this should reset the IP and DNS so it can re align and work to satisfactory level again. If you want to reset it you will need a pin and or pencil and there should be a hole in the pack of the router were you can push a long object into once done it will reset it self to as if you just had it don't worry though it will auto set it self up.
