14k is its max capacity, couldn't tell you what the other numbers mean, so what are you planning to tow said trailer and backhoe with? and please don't say your Ford f250, that's just a wreck looking for a place to happen.

1400lbs capacity load.7000lbs axles. The 5200# I don't know. Must be dual axles and no way will that hold a backhoe.You are going to need 3 axles for that weight,and a big truck cause you will need to add the weight of the trailer and backhoe and your truck for your gross vehicle combined weight(gvcw).
