TRY RUNNING A MILE EVERYDAY IT SHOULD WORK I LOST POUNDS WHEN I USED TO RUN EVERYDAY

Dont go for quick results, they are temporary and dangerous. So do regular walking of about 2 to 4 km . brisk walk is best. .Walking will not only reduce your weight it will make your heart strong .
