Set alarm for mornig and sleep at night early

Stay up all night one night then go about your day like normal then sleep at a time your supposed to then you'll be fine

Set multiple alarms and make sure they're all loud! I had this problem and what fixed it was setting my phone, iPod, and alarm clock to go off in the mornings, and I would then program them to go off every ten minutes for the next hour in case I didn't hear them or I snoozed and rolled right back over. Once you're used to waking up to this you can tone it down, but maybe that'll help. If not, try to get someone to wake you up in the mornings the time you want to get up. Sometimes that gets you used to the early hour and you're more likely to wake up during that time.

I have the same exact problem. Well sleep earlier. Take away any distractions from you (phone tv, computer) electronics, or whatever it is that is keeping you awake
