Maybe try using different ways of applying your concealer. Have you tried a damp beautyblender? You're going to have to experiment with different products and brushes etc. One tip is to make sure your concealer or foundation isn't specifically for oily skin. And to keep your makeup on all day use a good primer and setting spray :)

I had the same issue and I realised that it was because I either didn't rub in my concealer enough or it hadn't compleatly 'sunk' in yet, I found that when I left it on my face for a while then put my powder on on top, and just put a small layer of powder on, the more you put on doesn't make it last longer, it didn't look dry and strange! Also another thing I do is get a fluffy eyeshadow brush and go over the areas where I put my concealer in a fast up and down movement, this helps the consealer get into the areas where the skin is dry and not make it look flaky- if that makes sense?
