sub all liquid intake with water. count all solid intake and don't go over 800 cal a day. one hour a day cardio you will lose 20 lbs in a month if you stick with it. the weight you don't want didn't take one day to show up don't expect it to go away in one day. weight yourself on fri every week don't cheat

Generally the tride and true thing is diet and exercise, you have to be burning more calories than you eat. Go to a doctor to see if you actually do need to lose weight and then come up with the right weight loss plan that is right for YOU before you do anything. Hope this helps.

I am 16 181 and i look a little chubby but i wish i was 165 again you should set a goal on your goal weight and go from there Lose It ans My Fitness Pal are great apps for weight loss

Well, don't eat too much at dinner. if can, you just eat some vegetables. Then, don't sleep too late. And, you can do some excercise to keep your healthy.
