ok hm cut the soda and chips ok- ok eat five times a day and eat every three hours. three of them should be healthy meals of about 4 to 500 caloriea and the other two should be healthy snacks of about 200 calories . and excersice well to tone your body.and well help loose weights.and burn fat quicker since your boosting your metabolism by eating healthy. good luck

cut out soda dont drink you calories, basically only drink water. You need to work on your posture. Walk about 2-5 miles at least 3 times a week. You can def! lose in that time frame. I lost 65 lbs by doing that and I lost it in 3 months.

It's recommended to eat small meals 5 times a day instead of 3 large meals a day. Also, you should measure your weight loss in inches instead of weight because your weight fluctuates wildly (Usually by more than 2 pounds a day,) and it can discourage you to feel you've lost five pounds and then you're three pounds heavier the next day.

I was 200 and stopped drinking sodas. In 2 months I was 175.
