If you lose 20 pounds you will be underweight. So forget about it.

Run 4 miles everyday at 7 minute a mile pace.its gonna be tough but rewarding.i did that for 12 days and lost 15 pounds without decreasing my diet intake at all

I'm 14 5foot4 99 lbs Btw you are at the average weight and height for your age! Trust me you are skinny!!!! But if you really want to loose weight Drink green tea pure green tea with the leaves! I drink it everyday 3 times daily it's so good for your skin, loosing weight, reduce risk of cancer, reduce cholesterol levels , antioxidants etched.. I'm addicted it taste SOOO good try it!:) and it's healthy too it's so relaxing especially before bed But I heard white tea is healthier because it's from the same plant just picked earlier! So it is more powerful to it. Anyways hope I helped you

Eat healthy (balanced diet), cut out fast food and junk food, and 30 mins of cardio per day.

First off, you are actually a perfect weight! youll be underweight. BUT if you still want to lose weight.... You can do 20 situps, 10 pushups, and 25 jumping jacks everyday. Thats what i do, Dont diet. Again, you are a very good weight! eat healthy

Your already slightly underweight, 100 pounds is really underweight for 5'5. Your only 13 too so it will really take toll if you lose 20 pounds.
