Easy. I'm 13 and 164 cm. My weight is 63 kg (1 week ago) and now my weight is 58! My secret is I don't skip meals. And i don't eat at night. Make sure that you don't eat after 7 p.m. Drink a lot of water!! Drink a lot of water everyday can lose weight too ;). At night go to the gym or exercise at home with your family! If you do 100 or 50 jumping jacks can lose weight too. but if you want to lose 4 or 5 kg in a week. do 500 jumping jacks everyday and 300 squats. This is my secret! I'm not lying! oh! and don'tforget to eat a lot of fruits and DON'T take any diet pills. or if you're a smoker. please stop smoking.
