Height, try swimming and basketball, sleep earlier and stand straight don't hunchback. Perhaps don't put too heavy stuff in your bag when you go to school so they won't affect your back bone so much... Weight, maybe try to take in slightly more calories compared to your current diet...

For height go to the store and get 10 inch heels then some really long pants (I suggest looking in the men's department for the pants) also get a belt because if the pants are really long chances are that they are also big around the waist. As you are driving home find yourself the nearest McDonalds and get 45 Big Macs a bucket full of Orange Fanta and 10 servings of large fries. If you excuse me I will take those 10 points thank you very much.

For your height, there are no natural ways unfortunately. Since you said you are a teen, maybe you will grow a little bit more. But, what you could do is wear high heels or shoe inserts to help increase your height. For weight, it's best if you eat more. More healthy foods that is. It would be unhealthy for you to fill up on sweets and greasy foods just to gain weight. But you could incorporate a little bit more sweets and fatty foods in your diet along with eating more healthy foods. :D

Nothing can help in your height, unfortunately. For weight, just try to eat a little more for every meal; every little bit would count! And don't skip meals! This is probably the healthiest way to gain weight. DON'T force yourself to binge on sugary/fatty food!
