I was that way when I was a young teen. Then I met this girl, who later was my best friend, and she literally went around, introducing me to all her friends, and made me talk to them each time. It was only two months later, I was (and still am) very social. So you just need to get comfortable talking to people. You need to get used to it! I know, it's hard, and most people with this problem don't do anything. I also know I was lucky, lol. But I want you to know that you can do it pretty easily. If I knew you in real life, I could take you to my friends and introduce you, and make you talk to them, lol. Just until you got good and comfy with it. BQ: most of the time ^^ there are those moments, ya know? But most of the time is good. :)

There are many methods to this. I heard if you try doing "the superman stance", for 3 minutes, it will be bound to increase your confidence by a certain percentage. the superman stance is standing up straight, head up, and fists on your hips. If you do this before you go to school, or your work, you'd be likely to have more confidence when you walk outside and stuff. I recommend you try that. BQ: Sure, I used to very low self esteem though.
