Nationalities does not equate to ethnicities. Most countries have hundreds of ethnicities; the U.S. & U.S.S.R. each have thousands of ethnicities. No one is 100% anything, or full anything, however you wish to phrase it. You can say (but you didn't) that they had Italian or Lithuanian or French or Polish citizenship, but that is a far cry from what you said. I have Italian ancestors that removed to Italy from France and Sicilian ancestors who removed there from Albania. They were all Italians. You are 1/2 of each parent (roughly speaking) so from your mother's side, You would be 3/8 (37.5%) Italian, 12.5% Lithuanian and from your father's side, you would be 25% French and 25% Polish. We can guess at what you mean, but it is much simpler, avoids arguments, if you simply state what you actually mean.

Nationality is the country of ones birth, To figure the ethnicity it is simple math you are 1/2 the ethnicity of your parents. In Genealogy it is presented in a FRACTION. DNA results us a percentage.
