Americans were less likely to have a job in 2013 than they were in 2012. Americans were less likely to have a job in 2012 than they were in 2011. Americans were less likely to have a job in 2011 than they were in 2010. Americans were less likely to have a job in 2010 than they were in 2009. Americans were less likely to have a job in 2009 than they were in 2008. That's not progress.

What progress? The lowest number in the work force in 30 years? The lowest women working in decades? Or The highest number on welfare? If we count the unemployed the same as they did in the 1920 to the 1970s it would be about 14% We are making gains in a over reaching and oppressive government is that what you are talking about?

Basic math for liberals = Unemployment rate = 7% / liberals "predicted" 340,000 jobs / Only74,000 jobs created / UNPLOYMENT RATE DROPS from 7% to 6.7% ??? Thanks to Common Core , to liberals this computes for them ??

Do you realize that the number of people unemployed now, at the lowest rate under President Obama is 400,000 less than at the HIGHEST rate under President Reagan that liberals claim shows failure on his part? Do you also not realize that President Reagan's approach took unemployment from 10.8% to 8.0% in 12 months where it took the Obama Administration 37 months to accomplish LESS improvement? The Warlock

I think that chart is very informative. It shows that the US added jobs shortly after the Bush tax cuts took effect then when the Democrats took over in 2007 the economy tanked. It didn't start to add jobs until the Republicans took the House in 2010.
